Privacy Policy

1. Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadGenix Company ("LeadGenix", "we", "us", or "our"), through its platform AIUplink, collects, processes, stores, and protects personal and business information when you use our website, cloud software, APIs, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

AIUplink is an enterprise multi-agent WhatsApp Business Management and automation software integrating with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of data security, privacy, and compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), Meta WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, and global data privacy regulations.

2. Information We Collect

In operating AIUplink, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Organization Information: Name, business name, official email address (e.g. info@leadgenix.in), mobile contact number, country, and encrypted password credentials when registering a vendor account or creating employee team agents.
• WhatsApp Cloud API Credentials: Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs, App IDs, and temporary/permanent System User Access Tokens configured by the vendor to enable WhatsApp connectivity.
• Customer & Contact Data: Customer telephone numbers, contact names, custom attributes, tags, and audience lists uploaded or synced by the business vendor into their AIUplink CRM.
• WhatsApp Communication Logs: Incoming customer messages, outgoing agent replies, automated bot responses, message timestamps, delivery statuses (sent, delivered, read), and template parameters.
• Device Diagnostics & Mobile App Security: Operating system version, IP address, device model, and push notification tokens. Biometric Data Notice: For users of the AIUplink mobile app, Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint and Face ID) is processed strictly locally by the device operating system (Android BiometricPrompt / iOS LocalAuthentication). Biometric credentials never leave your mobile device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process information exclusively for lawful business purposes, including:

• Providing the real-time multi-agent live chat inbox, conversation routing, collision prevention, and agent reassignment.
• Transmitting customer notifications, order updates, cart recoveries, and broadcast messages via Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.
• Maintaining service uptime, securing sessions, authenticating users, and preventing fraudulent activities or unauthorized account access.
• Providing technical customer support, troubleshooting API webhooks, and billing management.

4. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API & Third-Party Disclosure

AIUplink communicates directly with Meta Platforms, Inc. servers via HTTPS endpoints to deliver WhatsApp messages. All WhatsApp messaging activities are governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Data Policy.

5. Data Security, Isolation & Role-Based Permissions

We implement enterprise-grade security protocols:

• Multi-Tenant Database Isolation: Each vendor's contacts, messages, and configurations are logically segregated, ensuring zero cross-tenant access.
• End-to-End Transport Security: All data transmitted between clients, mobile apps, and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Employee team agents have access strictly to customer chats assigned to them; they are cryptographically and programmatically prevented from accessing vendor settings, API keys, or team administrative controls.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Your business retains complete ownership of your customer data. Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. You may request the export or permanent deletion of your account, contact lists, and message archives at any time by contacting our data protection desk at info@leadgenix.in.
